We are a collective of Black Men who are ready to make a change. Finding ways to make a significant impact to protect those we love is even more of a challenge without proper resources and funding. Our goal is to positively shift the outdated narrative about Black Men and our ability and/or willingness to be there in the toughest times.
On April 4, 2020, at the height of the pandemic, a group of seven African American Men were responsible for using their own personal funds to provide a free community giveaway of over one-thousand N95 masks to the most vulnerable in their community, including several of the African American nursing homes and low income tax credit housing properties in the region. Realizing the impact of their efforts, they decided their work had just begun and was more important than ever before.
